After logging into your fashdrobe account, select the My Account link on the top right to check the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled. This will lead you to the page “My Account – My Orders,” where you can check the progress of all your orders.

Please note that we do not have a policy for second exchanges. However, if you have any additional questions or concerns about your replacement order, please contact us and leave a message. You will be contacted by the customer care staff.

We make every effort to ship an order’s entire contents together. However, a few products from an order may be shipped from different places at times. If this is the case, we may ship selected products first and the others later to guarantee you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary.

We’ll let you know when a shipment is despatched or ready for delivery so you can keep track of it until the entire order is delivered.

Yes, after you’ve placed your order, you can alter your address or phone number. Please note that once an order has been marked as “Packet Ready for Dispatch,” no adjustments can be made.

Yes, you can cancel your order after it has been placed. Go to the ” My orders” area of your account and look for the ” Cancel ” option under the order. If it’s a prepaid order, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be performed once you click that. Refunds usually take 3 to 7 business days, but owing to internal processes, certain banks may take up to 21 days.

If you are placing a COD order, simply click the cancel button and your order will be cancelled. Please note that once an order has been listed as “Packet Ready for Dispatch,” it cannot be cancelled.

Payment

Please pick the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option on the payment page to pay for any order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. Only certain pincodes and a maximum order value of Rs.3000/- are eligible for Cash on Delivery. However, based on the order rejection % from a given client’s registered email id, the COD option may vary from customer to customer.

For the avoidance of confusion, ‘Order Rejection Percentage’ refers to any undelivered orders that are returned to the customer’s address. Customers will not be offered a COD (Cash On Delivery) payment option in such cases, and would be required to submit a new order utilising Pre-payment options.

If you don’t see a COD option on your checkout page, it’s possible that one of the following factors is at play:

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Our dispatch time ranges from 3 to 7 days from the moment you place your order. Although 95% of items are delivered in 11 days or less, some orders may take up to 11 days to arrive.
Please check the status of your order in the “My Accounts” section of our website if it has not been sent 11 days after you placed it.

Pickup usually takes place within 7 working days after the customer submits an exchange request.

We have return policy for 7 days.  We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return and exchange. It has to be in its original box as well. If the next size you desire is out of stock, we’ll give you a credit voucher for the product’s price. ( excluding COD charges & GST ).
